A message from the Managing Director

I have been a social worker for around 23 years working in community-based organizations and have been running a Registered NDIS business since 2023. I am a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).

I bring social justice to ensure your voice is heard and listened to; your needs and rights are being met, and your quality of care is excellent.  I believe that every interaction you have with one of our Social Workers and Support Workers needs to be purposeful and focused on helping you to become who you are aiming to be.  

My passion to work in the NDIS field stems from having firsthand experience; and understanding of what it takes to raise a child who has a disability.  I am a mother of seven children and wife to husband, Jerry Papailiou, who is a high school teacher and runs his own business, Pinnacle Movers (www.pinnaclemovers.com.au).
